Empathic Communication
This is a personal growth program that helps restore balance, clarity, and presence in daily life. Based on the humanistic-experiential Gestalt approach, the coaching invites participants to connect with the “here and now”, recognize emotions, needs, and relational patterns, and develop new possibilities for choice. It is not about analyzing the past, but about increasing awareness of what is happening in the present, in order to live with greater authenticity, responsibility, and freedom. It is particularly helpful during times of confusion, change, emotional or relational blocks, or whenever there is a need for a space of listening and support.
The Hero’s Journey
Individual or group sessions, an ideal support for: navigating periods of major change, reducing anxiety and stress, learning to become more aware and in harmony with emotions, addressing attention and hyperactivity challenges, improving relationships with oneself and others, and rebuilding self-esteem. The art therapy approach is based on using creative processes to engage with the subconscious. Through material and color, emotions become visible, revealing inner content that is often difficult to express in words. Art thus becomes a tool to bring forth authenticity, embrace it, and transform it.
