I. Counseling

It is a path of personal growth that helps to regain balance, clarity and presence in one's daily life. Based on the Gestalt humanistic-experiential approach, counseling invites people to get in touch with the “here and now,” to recognize emotions, needs and relational patterns, and to develop new possibilities for choice. It is not about analyzing the past, but about increasing awareness of what is happening in the present, in order to live with more authenticity, responsibility and freedom. It is beneficial in times of confusion, transition, emotional or relational stuckness, when one feels the need for a space for listening and support.
