The Poetry of Movement

Contact Improvisation
Contact Improvisation is a movement practice based on contact, shared weight, and sensory listening. Bodies meet, support each other, and allow themselves to be guided by gravity, balance, impulse, and inertia. Each movement arises moment by moment, in full presence and awareness. It is a journey of discovery, where gesture becomes dialogue, contact becomes listening, and every improvisation is an opportunity to explore freedom and connection with others. The practice encourages letting go of control, trusting the moment, and transforming the shared space into a playground for experimentation, creativity, and embodied poetry.
Somatic Movement
Somatic Movement is a mindful movement practice that invites participants to be guided by the body, listening to its impulses, natural rhythms, and subtle sensations. Through slow, modulated, and attentive gestures, it promotes the release of tension, muscular rebalancing, and nervous system regulation. Finding yourself in the body means fully inhabiting it, allowing movement to emerge spontaneously and transforming every gesture into an experience of presence, well-being, and harmony between mind, breath, and physical perception.
Water Release
Water Release is a water-based practice designed to let go and regenerate the nervous system. Ideal for those who tend to maintain constant control, the practice uses guided and controlled submersions, where the body gradually immerses in water, stimulating the release of deep tensions. Rhythmic connection with the breath promotes autonomic balance, allowing the body to regain naturalness, lightness, and a state of deep relaxation. The experience evokes prenatal sensations, offering a path of physical and mental regeneration through the fluidity of movement and sensory listening.
ContaKids
ContaKids is an innovative methodology created by Israeli trainer Itay Yatuv, designed to open new possibilities for play and communication between parents and children. This unique educational path supports children in their journey toward autonomy. For parents, ContaKids awakens the sense of touch and strengthens confidence in their actions through exploration of space and physical contact.
